Deepen your Relationship with Yourself

Traditional coaching often focuses on fixing perceived "gaps" or supercharging parts of yourself, at the detriment of others. IFS-based coaching takes a fundamentally different approach: it starts with the radical understanding that nothing is "wrong" with you. All parts of you are welcome here.

Through our work together, you'll:

  • Learn to meet your experiences with presence and acceptance, allowing natural transformation to occur

  • Develop a deeper connection with your inner wisdom

  • Work with, not against, the different parts of yourself

  • Navigate life's complexities with more confidence and ease

IFS-Based Coaching

What to Expect

Our work together will:

  • Begin with understanding your current challenges and aspirations

  • Create a safe space to explore all aspects of your experience, including the deeper ‘parts’ of you that may be preventing you from reaching your goals

  • Arm you with tools to bring centeredness and awareness into your everyday life

  • Re-establish a connection to your deeper ‘knowing’ and to the parts of you that you tend to lose touch with, whenever things get hard/busy

What This Is Not

  • A one-size-fits-all approach to goal setting

  • Quick fixes or surface-level strategies

  • Personality assessments or rigid frameworks

  • Forced positivity or motivation techniques (i.e. Repeating affirmations, doing power-poses, or getting pep-talks)

  • Analysing past events to heal trauma

Frequently Asked Questions

Some questions you might have:

1. How is this different from therapy?

While both can be transformative, coaching focuses on developing presence, wisdom, and new capacities rather than healing past trauma. We work with what's arising in the present moment to support your growth and unfolding. Coaching is appropriate for: ○ Cultivating presence, wisdom, and compassion ○ Aligning your life to your values and aspirations ○ Discovering fresh and creative ways to navigate life’s complexities Therapy is essential for: ○ Addressing mental health conditions ○ Working through trauma and addictions ○ Processing significant emotional burdens

2. Why should I consider this approach, vs. traditional self-improvement approaches?

When we’re young, we often develop habits to get what we need: attention, love, approval, or simply safety. Maybe you became the overachiever, the people-pleaser, or the one who never asked for help. These strategies may have helped back then, but they often linger long after they’re useful. Real growth isn’t about piling on new goals or habits - it’s about noticing and working with these old protective patterns that hold us back. Otherwise, it’s like trying to fix a drinking problem by switching to fancier alcohol: the core issue remains untouched. The shift comes when we slow down and ask what truly matters to us now, not what worked in the past or what others expect.
